A new Jersey Couple was renting a condominium in Clearwater, Florida last January when they commissioned a charter boat to fish in the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, the trip turned to tragedy when their 31-foot charter boat was rammed by a 54-foot yacht emerging from the fog. Theresa Mazzola suffered internal injuries in the boat accident and later died at the hospital. Her husband recently filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the charter company and the owner of the yacht alleging negligence for not taking proper precaution to prevent and avoid the accident.
